Juil

Juil is one of the trainees from South Korea. He speaks a language called Korean. He has been teaching me some words. In Korea they count their ages differently. When babies are born they are 1 and every January 1st their age goes up a year, so if you are born on December 31st you could be 2 years old when you are 1 day old, which is very strange!! It would mean I would be 6 years old if I was born in Korea.

In this video Juil is saying hello to triangle class, and also counting to 10, and singing head, shoulders, knees, and toes :)
I learned to say hello to triangle class too :)

bye for now and see you all soon, it was good to hear about you using chopsticks and learning about birds.

Trips Out

Hello Triangle Class!

The trainees arrive this weekend, so before everyone gets too busy, we had some trips to see around Carlisle. The video shows one of the places, an amazing waterfall.

Then we went to a famous place in Scotland - Gretna Green. Lots of people ran away together to get married. We didn't, but here are some photo's of me & Josh where they do.

We did a treasure hunt of interesting places round Carlisle so that the trainees could find there way around. Mummy thinks it might be difficult because I took lots of the photos so they will have to bend down a lot to work out if they found the right place. She made a collage of the photo's so you could see some of what Carlisle is like.

I'll tell you about the trainees and some words I've learned tomorrow. Bye!
